November 25, 1949, Rosa Lee was the first of nine children born to the late Annie Ruth Cook Hardin.
On February 3, 1984, she married the love of her life, the late Jeff Albritton. Their union created a blended family of six children. Rosa spent her life as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church until her passing.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Jeff, mother Annie, loving granddaughter Le'Sadra Cook, one sister Betty Ann Simpson and two brothers Eddie Roy Lewis and Cecil Earl Cook.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children Yolanda Cook, John (Cosette) Cook, and Tracy Cook Ray; children Terry (Faye) Smith, Tarrance (Wakisha) Scott, and John Hinds; grandchildren Tikina (Woodrow) Briggs, Tylesha Cook, great grandchildren Ariya Fields, Serenity Cook, Dallas Briggs, Denver Briggs, and Bailey Briggs; sisters Annie Louise Burnette, Bernice Cook Riley, Mary Cook, Stephanie (Joe) Ball, brother Stephon (Ladel) Cook, one aunt Dana Peterson; one uncle Will Peterson; devoted neices Jeanette Cook and Nikki Cook; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
